Not even so much for the recipes- of course, for the recipes- they are delicious and Julia is exact and did I mention they are delicious? Then, just as suddenly, everyone was going to the movie. This not so much a sensual celebration of food as it is the diary of a frustrated New York secretary who spent a year cooking like a madwoman.
